Just encountered a "phantom" like pic related you usually see running around or in bloodstains and cannot interact with, but it was attacking and damaging the host that summoned me. Neither of us could damage him and he could not damage me, but I was able to stand in a doorway and block the guy in while the host ran away. He could definitely see the host but not sure if he could see me.
Is this a glitch or just someone cheating?

Considered that but he was moving around a lot like a human player, didn't seem like typical AI behavior and as far as I could tell the host's hits weren't registering at all
