All they did was see the Xbone get slaughtered and altered their conference to say they weren't going to do the exact thing Microsoft did even though that was their plan originally. It also allowed to sweep under the rug that they were switched to a pay to use Online gaming system. And the fact all they had to show was bullshot trailers.

Not sure if it really means anything, other than that 3rd parties are at least not shunning it right from the start, though they will probably quickly abandon it if their games don't sell well (again)
On the other hand, if NX is x86 its portability would be really easy next to the PS4/X1/PC. One of Wii U's huge problems was the architecture was so different and thus time consuming (expensive) to port to
