Journey is gorgeous, sliding around in the sand is fun and it's environmental storytelling done right. The puzzles aren't much though, you won't be flexing your grey-matter playing it.
I seem to remember Sword and Sworcery on PC had no combat, and it was one of the first 'modern pixel art'games I played and I really liked it. The puzzles are the polar opposite of Journey and can be a little weird (like having to load up on a certain day to pass a section) but it looks beautiful and is definitely chill.

I got it on PC but didn't really get it. In retrospect I don't think sitting there with my rig whirring next to me and my keyboard LED's blaring was helping.
I've since played in on Vita, in bed chilling listening to a little Baroness and it was excellent and unbelievably relaxing. Hand-held and comfy was the way to go with this one.
