Assuming 6 TFLOPs of single-precision, which is the most likely, we're lining up with around a Radeon 390x inside the new Xbox. That actually isn't bad.
320 GB/s ram, it sounds like they somehow boosted their internal embedded RAM speed somehow.
AMD 8 cores Jaguar cores will be upgraded to Puma+ cores, so we'll see some gains but not too much.
Overall, the GPU is where the new console made the most gains. It's quite impressive but they could've seriously waited a bit more for Zen to come out and release a new console succeeding the Xbox One. But gotta compete with Sony and hop on the VR gravy train, so...

No, if a developer makes a game specific for the Scorpio and uses its power to the max, it won't be natively supported by the Xbone. The developer would need to make a 2nd version for the Xbone. It's the exact same concept as a the 3DS and New 3DS. Xenobalde doesn't run on the 3DS but does on the N3DS. Basically Scorpio is backwards compatible and uses the same architecture as the Bone, but since it has more power, a game specifically designed for it won't run on a weaker console.
