What is your honest non meme opinion about Soldier 76?
My opinion is that overwatch is a pretty shallow arena shooter that is slow as fuck and is boring to play because of that

He's an honest character.
Most teams can use one or even two S76.
His damage kinda sucks on his rifle and you need to really get good with landing a rocket hit to finish someone off.

It's not an arena shooter
Boring but gets the job done. I'll pick him if some annoying slippery hero like Tracer is bothering me.
Mobile, with heal, damage and aoe damage. Pretty neato, even if he's not very inspired. Can fit in almost every composition.
Anyway Overwatch is dull except if you're playing with friends.

You can actually have a 6 stack of him and be totally OK.
He fits in any situation and actually counters a lot of other heroes.

I like that Blizzard made him as a jab at CoD type shooters, but still made him fun to play.

Useful in many situations, goes well with a Reinhardt. His ult is useless at higher levels though.
The only thing I'd change is that his magazine has infinite ammo during his ult. Neither Reaper, Roadhog nor McCree are forced to reload during or for their ult, so 76 shouldn't either. Imagine having to interrupt your ult with Roadhog to reload.
Also, make his aim only lose accuracy after the 4th shot, not the 3rd, to make him more viable against fast targets.

His big strength is that he is pin-point accurate for the first few shots, then loses accuracy. So fire in short, controlled bursts at distant targets and you can put out more pressure at any range than McCree or Junkrat.

Good in many situations, great for beginners, not really imbalanced, I enjoy the hokey delivery of his dialog. His ult is a little BS but then again, so is just about everybody's in some capacity. I know how to counter it if I know it's coming and know where he is so really it's my fault if I get killed by it 90% of the time and the other 10%, I was gonna die anyway because I was already in over my head as it was and it was just a matter of who got to finish me off. I got nothin' to complain about. Solid character, great for beginners, entertaining parody of soldier types characters. Not my cup of tea to play but there are plenty of other characters for me to enjoy.

There are obvious elements that play a bigger role in MOBAs than in class shooters, like team composition, class roles and ultimates. I think of abilities like more streamlined and diverse weapon and movement mechanics you can get in TF2
