They announced 3 DLC's
That DLC is just making a vault. What makes you think you can do anything interesting when you still can't make anything good in the building mode.
If you want actual experiments that mean something wait a few months after the DLC drops for a mod that expands it or even out right gives it to you.
The whole experiment quote in that trailer might just mean absolutely nothing and was just fluff to sell the dlc.

Knowing Toddy and his "DLC", there will be literally 3 possible experiments with 2 modifiers so I guess I'll be doing the same as everyone for the whole 2 hours that this DLC will have.
