Cause Sega games always have a good soundtrack. From Outrun to Jets Set Radio to Sanic
They just have talented composers. The ones that they keep around these days like Tomoya Ohtani do great work. I'd love the JSRF composer to make another soundtrack though, Rush's OST was hype.

Naganuma left SEGA awhile ago, probably won't see another SEGA OST with him.
Sega games have always had great music. A lot of it sounds like it took it's cues from older Japanese jazz fusion bands of the time like Casiopea.
