in terms of mecha pretty low to mid tier,they may be on par with a few gundams and maybe some VFs.
But they're definitely more advanced than Knightmare frames or ACs, and they might be able to take on grunt LFOs.

About the same. The wiki on it states that it's capable of destroying the white whale which is big enough to carry a city almost 2 square miles wide and more

skells are close to Mospeda units in that they transform to bike mode.

with the flight pack they are Macross Battroid level and have weaponry that can outdo Reflex missiles. Skells also have better music to buff them.
