At the end of the credits in vanilla, you wake up as (presumably) Booker in his appartment, you then run to Anna's room while calling her name. The screen cuts to black before you look in the crib, but it is entirely possible Anna still exists (without powers)

The remaining is the amalgamation of all her universe jumping powers, and lived a good life, keeping an eye on the timelines
The very ending of BI is one of said timelines, where brooker get to raise anna.
Then there is one timeline where Comstock fucks up and kills baby anna in his struggle with brooker. Elizabeth gets butthurt because of that and goes on a personal vengeance against this specific comstock, which is the DLC. This personal revenge ends up with both her and comstock dead, a tortured little sister and the start of the end in BS1 rapture.
