Yeah pretty much the same thing. It happened to me when I was sitting in a classroom and now I have trouble sitting in one place for a long time without experiencing anxiety. Also it eventually got worse to where I have trouble driving long distances without getting it. I think my panic attacks had more to do with trying No-Fap. That definitely fucked me in the head. I stay away from caffeine entirely now though.
