He's been CEO since 2013.
In that time, EA has fired 10% of their workforce, published SW: Battlefront with less than half the content of its predecessor and only 8 maps on release with a $50 season pass (and they hold the license for all SW games till 2023), shut down multiple F2P games (Battlefield Heroes, Battlefield Play4Free, Need for Speed: World, and FIFA World), The Sims 4 was released with content cut from the predecessors (such as babies and pools being removed- put back in later after considerable backlash and sales drops).
EA published Dragon Age: Cisquisition, Battlefield: Hardline, Dungeon Keeper Mobile, Minions Paradise, and Need for Speed during his executive tenure.
On the bright side, he did apologise publically for Dungeon Keeper Mobile, even though it was mostly developed outside his tenure. That doesn't excuse everything else, but maybe there is a shred of good in the black heart of such a man who would accept the CEO position of a company of game-rapists.
