Hell yeah. Not sure if I enjoy it more than 2, but it has a god-tier soundtrack.
It was fun. I missed a few of SC2's modes, but it still had plenty of new stuff itself.

no, it was too easy, the AI was stupid as fuck and fell for easy shit, I blasted through that boring content way too quick
I'd rather play online and SC4's netcode sucked,
so whats left is SC5 which had a pretty good netcode
2 is way better. That stupid conquest story mode corrupted my data on the final level twice in 3. It's the second best sc though.

It is kind of difficult to find dedicated players in the sc franchise. But shit do fighting games have the worst online play.

its why I like SCVwaifu aside, It had a pretty damn good netcode that I could reasonably play with all of america, japan, and western Europe decently while I live in Western USA
Australia and South america can go to hell though
