OP here. Is pic related worth playing? I have Cave Story+ on PC, and loved it which is what caused me to buy the 3DS eshop version, but, I never tried this one. I've heard the lighting makes it harder to judge some jumps?

That's pretty common in platformers. You get sick of going through the same shit over and over so you end up making silly mistakes because you rush things. Best thing to do is go to a different level, or stop playing for a bit in the case of games where you can't like cave story

It was a pretty early game, nobody told them that 3DS games need to be made brighter if you want the 3D effect to work well.
