The demo was pretty fun, and I want to buy the game, but I can't decide if I should get it for PS4 or for Vita/TV. The price difference is only 20$ but being able to play it on portable or tv at lower res is an option. Opinions? what did you buy it for /v/

Same boat as you OP got all 3 PS systems (4 including Vita TV too I guess) but just don't know what version to buy the game for considering they all share the same Trophy list and all have the same content if I'm not mistaken

Just finished Gwendolyn's story and no frame drops on vita.

I don't know the exact numbers. I played the PS4 demo, and it runs just as smoothly as that.
The vita demo is on psn if you search for it. It's a good representation of framerate.

Vita version has 60fps, so I'd imagine the PS4 does.
Keep in mind the game isn't animated at 60fps since that would be insanity. Everything moves at that pace though.

I've finished three characters at this point, and I can consistently nosedive the PS4 framerate by spamming certain abilities or the right potions in conjunction with one another (whirlwind+toxin+blaze, etc). I'd only imagine the slowdown is worse on the Vita.
Great fuckin game so far tho, my only complaint is that combat can be a bit repetitive if you don't mix character specific mechanics/skills into combos
