-Tales of Eternia (Port of PSX game Tales of Destiny 2, one of the greatest RPGs of that generation, imo. The poor VAs even start to grow on you.)
-Monster Hunter Freedom Unite (If you've never played an MH, please do so now.)
-FF: Dissidia (Either, really. 012 does have more content, but it focuses more on the newly added characters and not the returning cast.)
-FFVII: Crisis Core (Annoying story, but gameplay is fun.)
-Lumines (I heard the sequels weren't as good as the first. A simple puzzle game with great music. I still listen to some of the OSTs.)
-MGS: Peace Walker (It's been ported to HD, but if you don't mind, play it on here.)
-Phantasy Star Online 2 (Even without online, the game is still pretty damn decent.)
I'm sure I'll think of some more. MHFU is definitely my number one recommendation.

And here are psx games. Most of them should work without trouble. You have to port them to psp format before playing, I recommend PSX2PSP for that. If they have .ecm extension that means they are packed and need to be unpacked, there are some programs for that in google
