I can't enjoy games anymore because of my debilitating trratment resistant depression. The 30 anti depressants and mood stabilizers didn't anything neither did DBT, CBT or 12 courses of ECT which fucked up my memory.

Same boat, but I'm slow and DBT has done some good in another cycle. CBT just makes me angry, like it's a cheap trick or something. Meds are a no-go.
As for games I find picking one and sticking with it if it interests me is better than skipping around. I have adult ADHD so focus can be tricky, but in some cases it has helped. I only switch between a few games I rotate at a time, and I abandon trophies or achievements to take the pressure off (because grindy achievements are boring and make me feel like a slave more than a player).
So find a game that interests you, don't bother committing to anything you don't like, and consider judging for yourself rather than allowing others to influence what your tastes are.
Example:
I enjoy Plague Inc on mobile because it is a good pick up and pout down game, Ridiculous fishing as well.
I pick one RPG because I like them action or adventure can also work, Yakuza 3, Dark Souls, or Kingdom of Amalur for example. I pop in when the mood takes and go.
When I'm not on my phone or at a console I will often squeeze in a quick game of Huniepop because it is a good match 3 with a little strategy involved.
If you're feeling pressure or are forcing yourself to play you are doing int wrong.
