on steam? Unless you're running XP or Vista, good luck getting F3 to work. People either have it so it literally refuses to play for more than an hour before crashing, or they are the lucky minority and it just runs like a typical gamebryo game.
Just run F3 via TTW if you honestly want to play it. The Pitt and Point Lookout are fun, and Anchorage is slightly more bearable with ironsights.

Like I said, running it through New Vegas with TTW is the only way to play it without it crashing every hour. Of course it'll still die on you, but nowhere near as often.
