Dark Souls and Demon's Souls are a Tier above everything else simply because of how much replayability they offer and their difficulty.
Likewise, Dark Souls II is indisputably at the bottom, despite the few things it does get very right.
Dark Souls III and Bloodborne are debatable. They each Excell and fail at enough that it comes down to personal preference.

DaS3 would be below BB if being technically proficient was all there is to it, (for example level design is good, 2nd half doesn't go to shit unlike DaS, etc) but since it doesn't exist in a vacuum and like everything else is a product of its time, I couldn't feel but be underwhelmed by it and can't in good heart rate it any higher.

Bloodborne is by far the best one, hands down. That game was perfection and I can't wait for BB2. The only real problem I can think of is its lack of replayability since there aren't many different builds and they all play the same. It's okay though, since my first playthrough was perfect. Excellent pvp too. I didn't play the DLC or the dlcs for any other ds games btw.
Choosing between ds1 and ds2 for 2nd was a tough choice. DS1 was probably the best aside from BB though. The exploration was the best in the series and the pvp didn't feel as restrained or limited as the future games.
DS2 is underrated. Best pvp in the series imo, aside from some mechanical issues. Why couldn't DS3 have good pvp?
Ds3 wasn't a bad game by any means. It was probably the most polished ds, but there's nothing really memorable about it. I didn't really feel much of a desire to replay it, but I did and the second playthrough felt like a chore. I hope From makes a BB2 before they make a DS4.

BB with DLC is my favorite by far and certainly the most consistently good and polished.
DaS 1 has some of the best level and world design I have ever seen. The sheer scale and nonlinearity of everything is genuinely phenomenal.
DaS III is very good but too derivative. Sometimes this is very cool like Soul of Cinder but it just doesn't feel new enough, especially right after bloodborne which was exactly the new spirit the series needed. It's the only game in the series I have only beaten once.
DeS has great level design and amazing atmosphere, great lore, and gets bonus points for being the first and freshest.
You all already know the problems with DaS II. SoTFS made it a bit better but still fucked up in really mind-boggling ways, like adding more enemies to the most hated area, ruining iron keep, one of the most liked areas, and somehow adding an even worse final boss.

I always felt there was a huge difference in lore, feel, and atmosphere when it came to the dark souls worlds and the bloodborne worlds.
I always imagined the dark souls universe as more of a magical, dream world, where the main character was on a journey through time.
Bloodborne is the grimdark, transylvania counterpart where you are thrown in a nightmare and have to survive.
They both do their job well, dream versus nightmare.
I believe that dark souls 2 in the amazing journey and dream respect did the best job in portraying that (yes I actually like that you start in the base of a tree, go to a castle, go to a floating lava city, etc etc) It made me feel like playing ocarina of time again with dark souls combat. Best in the series
