ITT: things in vidya that get you hard.
>enemies loudly discuss tactics about engaging you
>enemies don't automatically know where you are and shoot in the general direction where they think you are
>dynamic weather cycle

Sounds like Chaos Theory, though I don't think it had a dynamic weather cycle.

Cool fucking robbits.Shit fighting game because it was basically SF4, but holy hot damn if I didn't love the robot designs.
>environmental kills
>throwing plates and shit everywhere is a viable tactic
>different animations for when you shoot without aiming first
>creative alternate weapon uses
>insult button
>late-game enemies are better-dressed than the usual ones
>climbing on moving vehicles
>>340644152
>character mumbles things like "uh huh" to cut off npcs when they're speaking

God dammit. Oh well, maybe by some miracle a dev will see your post and actually add some sort of decent climbing mechanic to an adventure game so every one doesn't become "walk circles around the convenient mountain range surrounding/supporting your objective for 10 minutes" some day in the future.
Oh well.
>characters do the exact same thing the player is doing
>messing with the environment of a portrait will change how the painting ends up

>Yellow's button mashing

>>340644152
>protagonist appears/joins your party in the sequel
>You fight against a rival of equal ability
God Hand was so fun simply because of this guy right here.
>>340648986
>you fight a rival who knows all your tricks
Conversations that actually flow like real conversations. In way too many games everything is so stilted - characters never actually interrupt each other, instead one will just stop speaking and there will be a beat before someone else beings talking. I don't know why this is so hard for developers to get right.
