>theme is Every Day Heroes
>firemen, doctors, charity workers, people who design prosthetics, people caring for animals, soldiers and so on are submitted

It's art, I don't gotta explain shit.
she won out of pity.
I found this jarring, at first, then I saw a meta aspect to it once I thought about it afterwards..
She spends most of the game trying to avert a disaster, as well as fixing more minor problems as she does so, albeit mostly with respect to her friends, but ultimately finds that even if she can improve things for others, she always ends up worsening them for herself, but still carries on until the final moments of the game. Hence, her attempts through her altering of time represent her acts of "every day heroism".

What I want to know is why ripping up the photo sends her back to the rape room. Did she forget to warn David about Mr Jefferson when she was on autopilot to the present or something?
It's deep, having a picture of some random ugly fireman isn't deep.
>>340637027
I never noticed how there's only a half dozen unique photos on that wall
>>340638623
You expected french developers to be competent?
It only won the school contest, we don't know what the others submitted
>>340638446
I'd go deep in Max if you get what I mean
>>340638325
Jefferson finds out she ripped it up somehow, gets mad and burns her diary before she initially escaped through it, meaning she never warped out to warn David. Something like that
>>340638623
Another funny thing I noticed was in episode 4 when you go to the end of the world party. People dancing in the far end of the pool are really bad 2D sprites.
>>340639134
Thanks consoles
>>340639168
I saw it as more them running out of funding for the game. Same reason episode 5 was so short and retread old locations.
>>340637027
Maybe the photo's are meant to be everyone in her life?
>>340638902
Time Dickery making things inconvenient for the sake of plot, got it.
I just want a game with established rules on time travel that sticks with it. Something like Zero Escape, Ghost Detective, Majoras Mask or Chrono Trigger.

She's like 13 dude
>>340639591
>13
>high school senior
>>340639591
How fucking new are you? Good job outing yourself, redditard.
>>340639607
>Implying I wouldn't still go deep in her if she was 13
>>340639508
This one was more focused on the butterfly effect. Every action causes a reaction. We just never get to see the full list of actions that lead up to certain events.
It still amazes me how some on /v/ take this game seriously and even like it
Kate is cute!!
>>340640089
I said nothing of the sort anon. Carry on.
>>340640254
Cute girls doing cute things, this is pretty much the closest thing to a Western Slice of Life work.
didja do it, anon?
>>340640648
She practically begged me to. Of course I did.
>>340640648
>I won't go out on a Spinal Tap reference
Feels bad, man.
>>340638048
>her attempts through her altering of time represent her acts of "every day heroism".
Reread this sentence and realize what a fucking idiot you sound like.
>>340640648
No, I didn't want to steal Chloe away from Joyce and the dad.
>>340637027
>Every Day Heroes
what's this about
Reminder that Max indirectly screwed over multiple versions of herself trying to save a blue haired dyke.
>>340637027
>being so literal and hamfisted in art
Yikes
atleast what i understood its that without photographers there wouldn't be any record about the everyday heroes, making the photographer another hero.
that doesn't change the fact that all photographers are prententious as fuck
>>340639607
Sorry, I guess they all just act like they're 13.
>>340642849
Can't argue with that anon.
I might have interpreted the photo entirely differently or projected how I would do it but here's my idea on it
If you notice, the focus is on the photos in front of Max. I feel they're the real focal point, and the photos are supposed to be of people she knows. These people would be her "everyday heroes," because "everyone is a hero" or something. Because they bring happiness to her life.
But that's just what I saw in it idk.
