you're right, that is some incredible music
It's impressive what Follin could do with the NES, but all of his songs are weird prog rock that don't actually fit the games.
Here's a few good ones.

Eh, it's pretty well known as Follin tunes go.
Nobody posts his Amiga or 32-bit era stuff.

Follin almost always seemed to only land shovelware jobs where he had no direction on what to do, so he often just found himself in the corner without knowing anything about the project that was being cobbled together, but with more memory to play with than most composers had available due to not allot of effort was being made in making these games utilize the technology to the fullest. So, he just wrote whatever he wanted to do most of the time, growing ever more resentful of the industry and wishing that he'd pursued a career in live music instead.
That said, there are games where he was included in the development process or had some direction (especially later games such as Ecco the Dolphin: Defender of the Future), and others where his style arguably suits the game such as Plok.
I think he mentioned somewhere that his all time favorite work of his is the alternative score he wrote for the c64 version of Ghouls n Ghosts, which is even moodier than the original.

He also did a bitchin yet faithful remix in the c64 version of Bionic Commando.

Anything from 8bit Sunsoft would do.
May I chime in with an underrated tune from a popular game?
