NK was a pushover compared to OoK

I feel like Fume is Harder for new players, while OoK is harder for experienced players.
Fume has strong attacks and huge AoE, but can be dodged and telegraphs his attacks wayy too much.
OoK instead is hyper agressive, his attacks come out super fast, and he even baits you into attacking and healing, like a frame trap, to catch you off guard.

Hardest overall, maybe Manus or NK.

Followed by Blue Smelter Demon andBurnt Ivory King
Nothing was really hard with Zweihander.
Orphan of Kos, or pretty any Cursed Chalice boss.
Ornstein & Smough were probably the hardest boss in the series for most people, despite not technically being the toughest boss. They were the biggest jump in difficulty of the series by far, I would say.

DaS: O&S. Thought I'd pick Manus but I revisited DaS recently and I just kept on getting fucked up. Might have been a weapon issue but still, it was just a 10 minute long run around that hall that inevitably killed me.
DS2: Fucking double cat shit, mainly because of the run. Lost Sinner on NG+ also fucks me up
BB: Laurence no doubt.
DS3: Gundyr gave me more trouble than Nameless and I only beat him due to parrying.

Could be that once you beat Artorias, you kinda got used to the whole fast paced boss fights and learned how to deal with them. Manus's patterns were much easier to learn, but on first attempt with no knowledge Manus is harder

Possibly.I used a greatshield to carry me the whole game. The only boss that actually broke it with normal attacks was artorias, so i had to learn how to roll.
