Even the most skilled D Va player does barely 100 damage before getting his mech destroyed. You're just feeding enemy ults. You're not helping the team at all. You're even worse than a Hanzo/Widowmaker who can't aim because beyond basically being an empty slot you are actually helping the enemy team kill your teammates by charging their ults.
Whenever I play against an enemy D Va, I rejoice. The least mobile, least damaging, most fragile "tank" is there purely to charge enemy ults.The Umaru memes are also so embarrassing. You're shitposting, but allow me to field your complaint.
D.Va's principle role is as a metaphorical firefighter. When allies are caught out of position, she has tools to help keep them alive and deal damage. When troublesome opposition exists she has the ability to harass and nullify their risk so more offensive allies can take advantage.
Her weaponry is extremely short range, but when combined with her jetpack and defensive matrix it can be brought to bear in record time against enemies that normally would be impossible to touch (Widowmaker, Bastion). Finally her second life (or third or fourth) life afforded by her eject/call mech mechanic means she can be an extremely effective wingman to a well composed team.
She's not a stand-on-the-payload tank, but she doesn't have to be.
With slight buffing she will probably become an irregular but valuable pick for offense and defense compositions, due also to the offensive/zoning power of her ult.

This is true but on the other hand Defense Matrix is the best Bastion denier, but it's only really effective if you're communicating with your team so they can destroy him in the small window it provides.
In fact D.Va is extremely good in a well coordinated team, for example just yesterday I charged/defense matrix into the second Anubis point, baiting the enemy team to focus on me while one of my friends used the Zarya ult and the other one the Pharah ult for a clean team kill.

D.Va is bad because people play her as a tank, when she really doesn't work leading the charge. Shes more of a situational character. Which sucks, because that means that you need a good team and good map knowledge to do well with her.

Yes, outside her mech her gun does have decently high damage. Unfortunately, her lack of health makes everyone else's gun essentially as powerful when used against her.

He actually isn't the hardest to kill because his health is 100% HP. The lack of armor makes him very susceptible to heroes like Tracer and 76 who aren't big threats to other tanks. You also have to factor in that he has no defensive tech like Reinhardt and Winston's shields or Zarya's bubble and he is actually pretty fucking easy to blow up if you catch him out.
He's still easily one of the better tanks in the game, and situationally the best, but it's because of all the offensive tech and staying power, not his ability to soak damage.

D.va's kit is super fun it's just that her gun is the worst in the game on top of having way too many downsides
It has all the downsides of a shotgun with none of the upsides. On top of that shooting cancels all your abilities and slows you to a crawl. She also has the easiest to hit head box in the entire game so even the weakest Hero can melt her despite the armor while easily tanking her damage.
Also unlike Winston ambushing a widowmaker isn't even a ensured kill if the player is paying attention.
The biggest issue with her is the mech's massive critbox that is also front and center of the mech.
Headshots deal double damage and it't actually hard to NOT headshot the mech unless it's got its back to you, which is where the weak point should actually be.
It's got 100/400 armor hp, but since you're gonna be critting her all the time the armor is worthless and she may as well have 250 hp.

Don't bother. While it's definitely true that she's not one of the most generally effective heroes, it's incredibly obvious when the people spouting about how useless she is actually have no fucking idea how to play her.
Like the whole "Winston is the same as D.Va but better" excuse is complete BS. Winston's gun does moderate damage to multiple enemies at close range and his shield is meant to give him and his team a bit of extra protection once they get in the fray. D.Va's guns are suited to take out singular enemies point blank but her boost has much more control than Winston's leap and her defense matrix serves to protect her when backing off or closing gaps. And the fact that she stays alive after her mech is destroyed means that she can remain as an annoying presence on the battlefield. While Winston is meant to hop in and disrupt, she's meant to do hit&run harassments.

Protip: D.va's gun only does like 98 DPS. It's about the same as Mercy. Her mobility is also the same as Mercy's general running mobility. Against anyone who is not shit, the only thing you can do out of your mech is either finish people off who were already pretty low, or run around taking shots at distracted people to build up and get back into your mech.

It kinda goes both ways. I find that playing as Roadhog and against Roadhog with Reinhardt, Roadhog is one of the best shield killers after Bastion.
Shields don't seem to take damage falloff into consideration, so Roadhog can blast a shield for like 225 damage every second. Aside from Bastion, the only people who can do better than that are McCree fanning and Tracer, but Tracer has to reload every other second so she's less effective. You pretty much have to get a charge on Roadhog to stop him or hope your teammates are actually following you and can shoot the fat bastard because he's going to wear out your shield eventually and without it you're dead.

Soldier 76 is a certified "Good" tier character.
My friends got a 3.2:1 k/d ratio with her.
I dunno.
She definitely could probably use some minor buffs, but I don't think she's nearly as garbage as people make her out to be.
She makes a great distraction, and her weapons are great for crowds and consistent damage even if its low.
And the on-death explosion can be tricky to deal with in certain chokepoints.

He can't stop your team from taking damage which literally every other tank can do. He's not bad though, just misclassed. Play him as an offense hero, flank, and one-shot pretty much every character in the game with either hook into shot or midshot -> hook -> shoot. 600hp and a 300hp heal with barely any downtime. The best flanker in the game.

Anon that is fucking awful. You have to remember that she doesn't actually "die" when her mech explodes and instead turns into 150hp Mercy clone. You can "die" with her mech 4 times in one life. The enemy is still charging their ults off of the mech kills. A good D.Va player would have a K/D of like 8+

Not sure about that. McCree needs to be close enough to grab your junk to flash you whereas Roadhog can hook further than his effective midshot range. Hook is also insanely fast and insanely easy to land for how rewarding it is. I have minimum over 50% hook accuracy and usually hover around 65 or higher.

If it were a moba where you can't change characters you might have a point, but the fact that changes can be made throughout the entire match to adapt and adjust to the enemy and the map means that her supposed jack of all trades (shield, back line, peel, etc) skillset is entirely useless when taken as a whole, and is likely a meme made up by horny neckbeards who want to maintain their shitty waifu.
