to 150. A single junkrat grenade + his mine = 175 damage. There is no time to react if you are aware of a tracer. You don't even need to hit fully with the mine, it has no falloff damage, if they take 1hp damage, they take all of it.

If Zarya shields against flashbang, he already sees the shield up and only did 25 damage which charges her shield for fuck-all. She can't outdamage him at that distance when he just waits half a second for the barrier to go down and fans her, which can kill her from full health. If she gets stunned while her shield is down or before it, she's then unable to put it up while stunned and dies to fan. She only counters if she already has very high charge AND a personal shield, and even then it's barely up to a fair chance given he can still fan-roll-fan which makes him shit out over twice your health and makes him a harder target to hit.
D.VA does fuck all to him. Her shield is obvious as fuck and only protects from the front, he can throw the flashbang to the side or behind on the ground and she's stunned, then fanned. And she can't attack while the shield is up either. The absolute best she can do is MAYBE waste time.
