pretty much every grey junk piece can be sold. there are a few items like rings/seashells/etc that dismantle into very valuable items so if you aren't sure, just check at a smith to see what you it dismantles into before selling it.
there is a notice poster up somewhere in white orchard that mentions that the herbalist there will buy honeycombs for a high price. if you have those, sell them off to her.

Main quest is -the- main way for exp. Witcher contracts offer a good amount of exp as well. There are lower level quests scattered all over velen though. the best way i found to get thousands of crowns is to just go through the game collecting legendaries that are worse than your witcher gear and sell them for upwards to 1000-2000 crowns each
best way to get exp ( besides the main story ) are monster contracts which i found give 240~ exp each
then also clearing abandoned sites on the map (two swords over a house icon) which give about 150~ each
what do you keep burning your money on?
the main thing you should be buying now are alchemy formula and maybe some witcher gear maps
dont bother with buying swords and armor finding and crafting armor will always be better
OH another tip which i learned the hard way
is that every time you rest to refill potions you consume an alchohol, doesnt sound that bad at first but always make sure you have a good stock pile of dwarven spirit (the most common and cheapest alcohol) on hand before embarking on anything big
i got stuck in my first playthough when i ran out of alchohol right before the fight with that wild hunt rider with keira

Depends on how optimzied it would be to be honest.
Looking at shit like Battlefront game can look amazing even on mid range hardware at 1080p with a solid 60FPS.
So if they would be able to optimize their shit well we might have been able to get it running on a single 980Ti or Sli set up at least.
Pretty sure far before release the even said the game is the 2nd Crysis and needs a super high end system that's barely even out yet and anything beyond high end Sli won't get the game running well 1080p@30FPS
