I like 1 though not many people like ruining the shitty n64 joysticks, but I did like it for taking coins away from players if they lose minigames.
2 and 3 are best for drinking games.
For Gamecube, they kind all tie for quality IMO.
Wii releases can fuck off an die.
9 is shit tier low.
10 is fun if you play Bowser mode the whole 3 times before it gets old because it only has like 8 mini games.

It's poor strategy to not use the lamp to take a star when someone else is just about to get it. And buying a lamp when it would leave you with 0 coins is not always the best choice.
Anyway, here's how I rank the games:
