I started when I was 10. But please, tell me how you've been playing video games since 1950
>getting older
>just don't have the reflexes or malleable mind to pick up some of the more popular competitive games
i-it's not like they look fun or anything, I-I'll just stick to my single player

unless you have arthritis getting older doesn't make your gaming reflexes worse. all you need is your fingers. younger people tend to be better in competitive games because they have no responsibilities and they can sit around playing all day.

Same here. I only do single or coop

sometimes it can't be helped. like in RE6 it is literally impossible to beat the game without the upgrades that you earn from playing the game. the hardest deifficulty was balanced around it being a NG+ play through., most new resident evil games are like this.
at worst i'll just choose normal difficulty for a game.

Play coop. Professional is a breeze

I used to feel that way, but with normal mode only, but then I decided to platinum R&C:Crack in Time and that sort of spiraled into a trophy hunt that forced me to play on hard mode for a lot of games and now I usually prefer hard or higher. Thanks, Ratchet and Clank

are you this much of a Casual?
>>340510574
Pretty much every new game you play has different rules. Just because you finished DMC1-4 on all difficulties, doesn't mean you won't get rekt in Bayo, not to mention other genres.
I've been playing vidya for the last 24 years and I'm still shit at strategy and tactics games. You shouldn't worry about those things as long as youhave fun.
