Like, my heart just fails, I'll get an augmented heart. I'm in some accident and I lose the function of one of my eyes, I'll get a mechanical eye.
But not just because it looks cool. That's kind of faggy.
Since those augs usually come with a dependency on drugs to stop your body from rejecting them, I'd be worried about the liability of finding myself in a tight spot and unable to afford keeping my own body functioning
