I kept bumping the difficulty up periodically. I'm at one step below maximum now. Think I'm kinda near the end.
Also kept using effects that convert all XP to job XP to not overlevel, and play around with jobs instead.
The biggest challenge in this game is preventing your characters from getting too powerful. I guess it's good for people who like to use effects that eliminate random encounters and just stroll through. Then there's no resource management, though.
