Loving their portrayal of the shadows as a teeming mass. Even as the weakest enemy, that depiction of them as a nearly endless flood helps make them look more intimidating.

Pretty important. You need at least one or two single targets or really high damage dealers on top of buff medals. The more 6* in your Keyblade the better. For example, on Cloud I beat him with 5* DiZ, 5* Aerith(Speed), 6* Guilted 14% Wakka, 6* 2 orb KH2 Cloud, 6* 2 orb Black Coar Riku, and a friend's 6* two orb KH1 Cloud. Even then I needed every single one to activate their attack ups and just barely one by the skin of my teeth.
Cerberus is even worse since procing Poison is mandatory and you need Defense Boost to also activate.
