I like OoT and SM64, FFIX and chrono trigger are okay, dislike GTA. I get the impression that you haven't played very many games. These threads are a decent place to find things to play but there's also a lot of essential games charts you could go through beforehand.

Really? Most reviews and /v/ seemed to think Dragonfall was the best. Then again, I liked Returns almost as much, and most people thought it was pretty bad. I've been sitting on Hong Kong for a while, maybe it's finally time to check it out.

Don't need to play more games before 2008/2007, just need to expand your tastes in general. Wii Mario Kart and Black Ops 1 are kind of awkward pics for anyone's top 9. If you're really interesting in playing more games, just ask around these threads for recommendations and they'll probably come.

Yeah it's a fairly unpopular opinion, but to me it was just a straight upgrade from Dragonfall. The companions were great except for Is0bel who is shit, the gameplay is leagues better (especially for fucking Deckers, you need to try out the new Decking mechanics), the fantastical elements of Shadowrun really bleed out more in the Hong Kong setting, and it's just got some fantastic storytelling. Also I love the OST.
