That's why you boost after her again. There's no reason she should be able to get far enough away before your boost recharges and now you've got her again without her grappling hook to save her.

D.Va's my most played hero but I can't begin to understand why people refuse to admit that Winston is better for harassing/killing snipers and other squishies.
Their kits are practically the same except that D.Va has a huge spread on her guns, massive slowdown while firing, but higher damage.
While they may act the same she's more geared towards protecting your team against other larger tanks like Winston by bursting them down.

One of D.Va's problems is that you need to be fairly good at D.Va to get the same results as a mediocre Winston player. That said her kit has some nice little perks about it even if it's generally not as good as other tank hero kits. Like her defense matrix used well can shut down a lot of ults and abilities but it requires good timing. Having two lives is sort of neat even if you are extremely fragile as zero-suit. The ultimate is a good area denial tool, or just a big fat nuke depending on how you position it.
It's just not as easy to fit her into a team.
Her personality is pure cancer but I love me some mechs and it's just really fun playing out of her mech as well for some reason.

The most advanced techniques with Winston involve you using your bubble-shield to cause certain characters to kill themselves or stuffing their ultimates.
The most advanced techniques with D.Va involve you launching her high into the air and dropping her mech like a nuke onto the unsuspecting enemy team giving them no chance to react.
Alternatively, you can do the same strategy on the London stage by flying UNDER the stage.
