I find going Genji and just swift striking through and past the enemies gives my team the balls to move forward after me.
Once you're past them they need to turn around to attack you, and that provides the best distraction. If they keep attacking your teammates, that gives you the chance to kill them, but if they turn to kill you, your teammates can move up instead of being pussies and waiting around.
