I think that the only game i dropped by myself (some other did get knocked lower due new releases and my short attention spaw) was LA noire. The driving and shooting in that game was beyond horrible. The great interrogations and average "point and click with your feets" cant carry a game that far.

The final part of the game went drastically got more frustrating, simply throwing enemies and spamming Rockets, Grenades and enemies who just run up and take you outta cover cause you can't pop out to stop them.
Its basically black and white simulator with RNG right this rocket kills you

It's not just the story being shit
The whole feeling of freedom that I had in the first game is gone, now I'm forced to explore certain areas because the game tells me to do it. The mass effect dialogues, the shitty characters, the fact that the main character is just Mr X with no backstory or anything interesting related to him etc.
It's not a bad game, it's just really disappointing

I would say Oblivion if Morrowind is the third you are talking about, but I know it kept most of it's RPG elements if not lowering some of the effects. Skyrim would be more appropriate for removal of RPG mechanics.

I never played the first two, I tried but couldn't get into them. Not my style like I said. Bethesda games are really divisive here, but FO3 was important for me, and I really enjoyed it. But FO4 was one of the laziest fucking gimped sequels I've ever played. Nothing in it fucking matters. Karma's gone. Skills are fucked. It's not a fucking RPG anymore. It's not Fallout.
