The atmosphere when it rains is pretty good. The gunplay is more or less servicable, it doesn't feel bad. The driving isn't great. The story is retarded. In some places the graphics can look really good and in others it can look pretty shit. I somehow managed to put 60 hours into it. Some of the hacking stuff is neat. Overall it's a 6-7/10.
