A mechanical keyboard. Snapped part of the circuit board. I tried soldering it back together and it worked at first but then certain columns of keys would suddenly all stop working at once for several days at a time.
I also through a knife at a monitor once, but the damage was relatively minor, it just left like one pixel where all you could see what backlight, so it was almost a reverse dead pixel or something.I've quit playing Dota since both incidents.

Not me, but a former friend used to order new controllers for his PS3 quite frequently. Once there were the remains of 3 broken controllers laying on the table. This madman broke 3 controllers in one day, ripped them in half! I sadly can't remember the game he was playing, but I know he never had games that were particulary hard to beat. Except one where we had to play some mix of Tetris and Bejeweled and win against Dr.Eggman from Sonic. It was pure bullshit and infuriating to play, yet I never once felt the urge to destroy something.

Automatic transmission is shit for not allowing you any control at all (sits at 3k revs as you push the pedal further down, then suddenly drops gear and goes to 5k when you finally floor the fucking pedal), but fuck changing gears constantly while in city traffic, especially the easing into first.

When I bought a PS3 for Demon's Souls, it was an old phat off of Craigslist that came with an old, dinged-up controller.
One time I was really pissed so I threw it at the front door. Then it turned into a joke with the roommates where I'd throw the controller when I got mad. I kept throwing it until one of the analog sticks broke and wouldn't return to center, then I lobbed it over the fence into the neighbor's yard.
Oh, also punched a laptop screen once. It was a little EEE PC. I was 18 and whenever my mother used the microwave it would cut out the wi-fi for a few minutes, and it killed an hour-long download I was waiting on.

I cut my foreskin when I was playing Crazy Taxi.
I was playing the 360 port naked and was holding the controller in my lap like I usually do (not for sexual pleasure, the vibrations aren't strong enough) while going for my Crazy License.
I was doing a loop in between Downtown and the Stadium/RB Station racking up tips on the highway and when I was doing my Limiter Cuts, I slammed down on the right trigger really hard.
On one of the Limiter Cuts, a little bit of my foreskin was touching the underside of the trigger so when I slammed the analog trigger in, my foreskin got dragged along with the trigger into that little gap.
It only drew a little bit of blood but it still stung like a motherfucker.
I did manage to get my first Crazy License that run though. $21,822 and that was on the default settings as well.
I was really pleased with that run.
