I bought it when they said "Pay more than average 5 bucks". When I came back for the second addition, it was some 6.50 or some shit. After enough people buy, the average price paid goes up. It's demand. When you're the first, you pay spot price. It's just what THEY say the minimum is. After that, they take the AVERAGE. So when you get ten guys buying 1$ and one guy buying for 100$ like a tard, you get a horrible average (too late to maths).
In short, the sooner you buy, the more chance you'll save in the end. The tier you buy gets more games? Fine, divide what you paid by the number of games you got in the end. I paid (I guess) .50$ per game. That's some fucking value.

That's statistically true, OR it may just mean that the game you want is something people don't want.
If the average drops, it just shows that many people are ok with the low-tier stuff. But I specifically went for SC:Blacklist and it was a steal. Even if the average dropped to 2$, I'd still have bought the games for 5$. When price drops after buy, it just means you got unlucky. Mostly, the 15$ tier looks worth it too, and that also changes the average.
Also, the difference between 3 games and 9 games can sometimes be 3 bucks or so. 6 games for 3 bucks? That's hours of gameplay!
