I have two Ideas.

Dont nerf Bastions damage but give his gatling gun a second or two of spinning time before shooting. You know? Like a real gatling gun.

Give Torbjorns turrets a second or two for choosing the target before shooting instead of blinking from target to target and firing at them THE millisecond they are visible.

Give Roadhogs chain more cooldown.
I don't know how much it is but my genji got grabbed, magically survived and went to cover, then not even 10 seconds later he pulls me in again.
Considering its a guaranteed kill against anything not a tank unless the Roadhog player is retarded, it should have more cooldown.
Have an ammo system globally included, this would nerf a lot of OP characters like Mei or Bastion because now if they just hold m1 towards the enemies they'll run out of ammo quick. I'm thinking ammo could be picked up like healthpacks or a new hero could be introduced that can drop ammo. Or maybe once you're empty it'll trigger a cooldown like everything else in this game.
Better maps and skins. Too many choke points and DOOR STUCK's in the existing maps, and some heroes don't have skins that do them justice.
