stuff like this makes it even more amazing that crowdfunding is a thing in video games. devs aren't held to any standard, they're held to deadlines. it's all about moving product, even if they don't make much money out of it all they need is to keep it moving. if it goes on sale I'll get it on ps4 or from a pawn shop.

Even if it's just surpassing PC on 4 combined platforms, publishers still see it in a purely "consoles vs PC" way. Whenever publishers mention platform revenue, they almost exclusively group all consoles together to dwarf the PC revenue further. Plus I'm certain Diablo 3 had some bonus content and improved graphics for consoles, neither of which came to PC, right?

No? Most PC to console ports are stripped down and have redesigned levels to use less memory. The only good PC to console port with new content was Doom 64, and while the game is fun it still looks like a slideshow on N64.

The base game is shit desu. Enemy Unknown's vanilla was pretty great but 2 is a bit of an abortion without a couple of mods.
