I disagree. He has no defnce ability so running through the open is a big risk to him. Plus his shots are so clunky even Mei can get close and kill him Without getting in the danger zone of his shotgun.

Unless there is heavy disruption from the enemy team, you can solo kill someone, and it's even easier if your team helps you.
