I'm in the UK, just buy a US PSN code, 40 dollars and pick up BB/UD. TLoU you can find physically for cheap in the UK, Driveclub isn't worth it.

Until Dawn was a perfect rental. I can't imagine buying it.

I already have BB and Driveclub, and the highest price I could tolerate Last of us and Until Dawn at is $0.00.

I'd wait for at least actual specifications of PS4.5. If it really is pointless, then get some holiday deal or something. As for games so far it's pretty short list:
Bloodborne (obviously)
Driveclub (unless you're completely indifferent to cars)
KillZone: Shadowfall (has its weak sides, but is generally pretty good)
Gravity Rush: Remastered (unless you played it on the Vita)
Infamous: Second son and even more so its standalone expansion First light (but don't expect them to be as good as Infamous 2)
Maybe Disgaea 5 if you're into that series.
