If torb, don't babysit the turret. Get out there with your team. Put turret down to cover point. Shotgun enemies to death and get their delicious scrap. Create a depot area of armor packs for the team.
It's not really worth babysitting the turret since anyone can damage it faster than you can repair. It's better to distract enemies and watch your back while you blast people in the face with your Molten metal shotgun.

You have to get your teleport fast, in order to do that, I put 1 or 2 laser turrets on big health packs. Then I try clustering them in a closed room close to objective.
Your secondary fire is a pretty good zoning tool but it's actually worth using up close for big alpha damage then run and get out. Of course if you think you're gonna be in the fight longer use your m1. I usually put teleporters in the most safest position rather then the closest position.

symmetra is about building the carwash. put turrets on the back side of doorways with a few scattered nearby for when they try to evade. your alt fire is for area denial and punching out snipers, bastions, etc. charge it from behind cover and move out to aim at the last second so you dont get picked off.
and keep track to make sure you shielded everyone on your team.
put the teleporter in a spot behind a wall, but where teammates won't be disoriented when they come out. if/when you die, decide if you really need to use it yourself rather than walking back. if your turrets are still up, you can take the extra time and save a slot for a tank

You don't judge a hero based on individual performance. If you have 65% winrate and the average is under 50%, you can be certain that there are a lot of people who are well below your winrate. As much, Hanzo is a shit character that contributes nothing to the team.
Let me put it differently: I used to play War Thunder up until a year or so ago. In the early phase (this has since flipped the other way around), Japanese planes of certain tiers were complete and utter shit, but because I played so much with them, I had a good KDR and winrate. The latter can be mostly attributed to the fact that in War Thunder it is fairly easy for a decent player to win a match by himself even if his team is rubbish. The thing is, had I played an easier faction, e.g. USSR or US, which I occasionally did, my performance would be even better than with Japan. A player being better than others does not mean that the tool his is using is shit. Japan was shit, I was all right; Hanzo is shit, you are all right.

It really depends on your team comp and how well coordinated your pushes are. Mercy's ult is the most broken ult in the game due to the charge speed and so a good Mercy will hide as a team fight escalates to get the crazy Rez off.
On "pro" teams Mercy is used even more than Lucio on Payload. 100% usage on both sides, never dual.
Lucio is used 90% on attacking, but only 70% or so on defending.
On KOTH of course Lucio is used way over 100% of the time, with duo Lucio being a common pick.
