Can't really say. They are probably as long as the Vita version. Everytime you change to another screen BAM loading screen. You lose? LOADING SCREEN. Want to retry? LOADING SCREEN.

Nobody plays multiplayer. This is a jap arcade brawler, its not really meant to be competitive, so most rooms are locked anyway, since its only really fun when playing with friends.
When you play with randoms, its just a race of who gets to stunlock/exploit first.
