Fuck no. Sym's ult charges fast enough as it is. Just scatter your turrets around various doors rather than clustering them to get assists. You'll get your ult back incredibly quickly. The problem is though is that Sym is kinda boring to play, as you're just a build slut.
Zen's health is fine. His orb of discord can destroy anyone, as it basically cuts their health in half, so it's kinda fair he has shit health too, even then you can have characters that can buff maximum health to help him out. The one thing I would change with Zen though is if you don't have a orb of discord active, you get 2 harmony orbs to use.

That would make him too tanky. Nerfing Widow's bodyshots and lowering the strictness of LoS for Harmory and Discord would be a great boon for him. Symmetra is fine, but just lacks practicality by design.

He's bulky because he has no offensive specials and needs to get in people's faces to do anything. Animation canceling needs to be fixed since he can lower the reload time significantly and he's the one who benefits the most from it, and does he really need to get a headshot damage bonus when he can already do 140 damage a shot?

I think conceptually, D.Va's defense matrix is great. Execution is the problem.
As it is, it's a 3 second "shield" with a 10 second cooldown. The problem is when she uses it, she's left a sitting duck after that.
I think it should work like Pharah's jet fuel and be a hold-to-use kind of thing. Like, she can sustain her defense matrix for 3 seconds max, and if it 'burns out', she needs to let it cooldown.
However she can kind of tap and use, which allows her to guard slower, burst fire more than sustained fire (which she can still guard against but only for so long)
So by example she can shut down Pharah by using her defense matrix every time pharah shoots a rocket at her.
