It looks okay. I've never been a fan of the collectathon platformers though. I prefer the kind where the enemies/platforming itself are the challenge rather than finding all the things.

Not too particularly fond of the art direction, but i can still appreciate how detailed it looks.
My only issue is purely subjective, and that it kinda looks plastic. Was hoping for some less geometric/more organic designs but i guess their target audience is still kids.
My favorite part has to be the ice level, simply because in the darkness, the quality of light stands out much better. Every other clip is in broad daylight and kinda looks identical.
I'm amazed how far this has gone so far and i'll definitely be looking forward to getting my order shipped once it's finished.

Platformers is really bad games that I dont understand why people like them.
I remember playing spyro and how I didn't like jumping around collecting the crystals,eggs,and saving dragons because I always liked combat more.
And that is the inherent problem with platformers it's combat is really shitty and most of the time you are jumping and collecting things.
A good platformer will have good combat examples of these are the games Jak 2 and Jak 3 they were really good but the first game Jak 1 was bad because you didn't have guns and the powers were limited to wells that ran out quickly and also in Jak 1 you had to collect those eggs which brings us back to the collecting problem in platformers.
Note I am talking about 3d platformers not 2d because megaman and mario is fun

I know you're shitposting, but honestly, the combat in those games feels quite nice because you can mix melee attacks with gunfire. The biggest issue with 2 and 3 is that they feel the pressing need to not be platforming games.
