This is the first game I've ever played for cosmetics in. Those legendary skins are just so much fucking cooler looking than each characters normal skin, and I have a lot of disposable income. Plus, I love the random element to it. My luck is pretty bad. lvl75 and I have 4. I get 3 greys and a blue most of the time, and even epic drops were highlight intros or victory poses (are those epic? I don't even know). I get a lot of credits at least to buy the stuff I want.
I have 3 of the Pharah skins except the gundam one and the "deep sea" Winston.
I'm not a good Pharah player, but she's fun. I can only hit people very good while on ground tho, they're running around too fast. And I get shot down by the enemy Pharah oder Widowmaker a lot of times I want to try her.
To be honest, I like the epic skins more on most heroes. Amber Mercy, Bundeswehr Reinhardt, both Lucio, they're all pretty sweet

They need more playlists as well, sometimes i just wanna not focus on the objective and just kill guys without worrying about supporting everyone.
