This, I bought a Gear just to try it out, VR is fun but if I'm going to spend hundreds of dollars I'll wait for second gen.
Valve just added infinite mode with leads for Xortex and Longbow. The Vive now has three real games (including Audioshield), and two of them are free.

It has some fun demos to play around with if you invite your friends over, the real experience comes from porn tough. Playing both Custom Maid and Play Club with roomscale VR blows my mindand my load, if you catch my drift~

Alpha Omega Sin couldn't have said it any better. Sure it's cool. But after a while the novelty wears off so it's not worth 600~800 bucks.
I hope the price dips considerably. There's a lot of shit I want to do in VR, just not $599 worth of shit.

Funny how people buy flagship phones every two years, but thinks that brand new VR technology which allows you to experience impossible things is not worth $800.
It's the largest leap since we went from 2D to 3D, just need Carmack to figure out independent positional tracking and it'll be insane.
