Anyone else hyped for Watch Dogs 2?
Not because I think it'll be good or I'm going to play it, but because I'm sure Ubisoft will try to pull an Assassin's Creed 2 but fail at it.
Realistically speaking, I think the only way they could hope to make a good game is to make the hacking more empowering like the possession in Driver: San Francisco while emphasizing the space in the sandbox and making the combat organic like Uncharted 4 or whatever, but with a lot of overpowered tech not bound to what your character is aiming at like a gun or whatever. After that abandon all the plastic and sterile shit in the original (so almost everything) and let a good writer take the reigns.
I'm sure none of this will happen, though.
