So can we finally?
Wii U doesnt have anything else this Holiday and a remake would be easiest to produce
They'd have to fix all the garbage level design and make the wonky ass rushed physics less obnoxious, it wouldn't be easy work at all.

Why not just a fucking sequel?
>>340182726
But it still looks amazing.
>>340183004
That would be a new game so I imagine they'd save that for the NX
Nope, no analog triggers makes this a no go.
Too bad Nintendo went backwards on their controllers.
>>340183319
The only thing the triggers do is lock when you want to stand and spray without moving, which could easily be done with the two different shoulder buttons. L would spray+lock and ZL would just spray, for instance

Can confirm. Played it on a 4K 60 inch tv on a Wii. It was fucking gorgeous
>>340184520
That's not true, the triggers also controlled spray intensity.

Nintendo doesn't want to rerelease old Mario games like they do with Zelda, because those go against the NSMB-only policy the Mario series is subjected to now.
>>340184520
depending how much you pressed the bumpers, little or a lot of water came out

>Mario Maker
Besides, Nintendo doesn't even like Sunshine, so it will never get a remake
>>340182726
No that sounds awful, they'd just brawlify it
>>340182726
I'd rather have a sequel. My GameCube copy still works fine and still looks great. Game has aged very well. Same with Wind Waker and Twilight Princess. They didn't need remakes honestly.
>>340188489
Twilight Princess is where I disagree with you there. Even the HD port still looks bad. Sunshine and Wind Waker still hold up today because they have good art styles.
>>340188660
Then I'll rephrase. It was too soon for a Twilight Princess HD version. Honestly a straight up remake eventually may have been better.
>>340182919
Nah it's fine the way it is
>>340189242
The only thing I'd want them to add is an in game checklist for blue coins. That was hell to keep track of.
