How often do other people actually see the Master though?
I mean, he resides deep inside some military base that I'd imagine few people venture into (at least willingly), and his loyal subjects tend to be almost as visually fucked up as him.

Fallout 2 is great when playing through it for the first time, but to me it feels like a complete fucking slog when replaying it. I've tried to remedy it by doing different builds and ways of resolving quests but to no avail. Fallout 1 may be really short but I never had a problem with getting back into it.
To be fair though, Fallout 2 is just as memorable as Fallout 1 was to me.
